Young People Should Pursue Long-term、Realistic Goals

Fame and recognition are so attractive that most of us are pursuing them desperately. We admire those who become famous at a young age and we hope the same thing will happen to us.
However, an important fact has been neglected: Talent and good chance are the main factors for an early success. Most young people are not geniuses, so young people should be encouraged to pursue long term, realistic goals rather than seek immediate fame and recognition.
Only in the process of pursuing long term, realistic goals can knowledge be accumulated. Some young people always complain, “I am not successful just because I don’t have good chance.” But a famous saying tells us; Chance only patronize people who have got preparation.
Without accumulation of knowledge, how can one achieve his life goal or grasp the good chance? Knowledge is power. Albert Einstein, such a genius, had returned to university to learn math related to physics for seven years before he wrote his theory.
